Charlottesville Glass & Mirror

A recent storm caused a tree limb to break free and crack my vinyl window. I received a couple of quotes for window replacement which were very high. I had used CGM before, but it had been a while. I wasn't sure if they repaired glass in vinyl windows, but they do! Thank goodness because it ended up being half the cost of replacement and the repaired window looks flawless. From the beginning to end the entire transaction was smooth & efficient. Everyone who I came into contact there were friendly. It only took them a day and a half to repair. Can't say enough. Simply outstanding!

We had three half round transom windows on the second level of our house that needed to be replaced. The crew from Cville Glass & Mirror (unfortunately we don't the recall the names of the three gentlemen who did the installation) did a superb job! They were professional, efficient, polite, and very careful of the areas surrounding the windows (including our landscaping). Highly recommend! This is the second time we have used this company and will use again.

I went to Charlottesville glass for first time ever to get a glass cut for my cabinet. First I was told they could cut it by my pattern and that my price was 82.00 and then I got a call back and was told they couldn’t cut my glass for my cabinet. I then called Dodson glass and they was able to cut my glass by my pattern I gave them and my glass only costed me 42.00 and was perfectly cut. I will never be a returning customer to this company.

We needed a sliding glass door for our shower on a house out in Prospect, VA and I couldn't even get the local glass company to come and look at giving us an estimate. After calling the local company twice I gave up and realized that I would have to look outside of our area. CGM gave us an initial quote after we sent them the initial measurements(based on our location being a long drive to get to them). After we got the quote and agreed with the pricing they came out to measure and get the exact measurements for the opening. They also provided us with different options to consider and we were looking to go with a sliding barn door look. Tom and Ashley were a pleasure to deal with at the office. The installation crew that came out was very professional and did not make a mess in our house. Our property is being turned into an Airbnb so we wanted to have a good look for the bathroom. We were very happy with how great the door looks! I even spoke with the owner, Dwight, after the job was completed when he called to check on the work. I would definitely recommend CGM. Just remember to allow them plenty of time to get your job done in a timely manner. Please plan accordingly on your end

One of the lawn mowing crews shattered a door window At my house in Orange, Va. I sent CGM pictures of the door and window and they knew exactly what I needed and was able to give me a quote and get the order started. Took less then a week to get the replacement window in and for there crew to come out and install. Great installation crew and an A+ company all around. I’ve never had to replace a home window before let alone a large door window but CGM was great to work with. Attached are the before and after.
